The Huafa Jinjiang Manor occupies a land area of 37, 303 sqm, with a floor area of 55, 955 sqm. Despite the size, the building density does not exceed 30% of the urban environment, ensuring ample green open spaces. The development comprises 626 individual residential units, each designed to maximize natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Located in Sansheng Town, Jinjiang District, the Huafa Jinjiang Manor is conveniently situated just 4.7km away from Chengdu East Rail Station and 7.7km away from Chengdu Municipal Government.
